We're looking for energetic, charismatic and switched-on Booth Attendants to look after our VIP guests during an upcoming high-volume event at one of Melbourne's most exciting venues.

This isn't table service.

This is creating moments.

You'll be the face of the VIP experience — welcoming guests to their booth, ensuring drinks are flowing, checking in throughout the night and making sure every group leaves believing they had the best spot in the house.

What you'll be doing:

• Looking after allocated VIP booths throughout the event
• Taking drink orders and coordinating service with the bar team
• Ensuring booths remain clean, presentable and stocked
• Creating an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure
• Being proactive, engaging and anticipating guest needs before they ask
• Bringing energy to the room and helping create an unforgettable atmosphere

We're looking for people who:

• Have a great personality and love interacting with people
• Thrive in busy, high-energy environments
• Are confident, professional and well presented
• Can keep calm under pressure and stay organised
• Have hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
• Understand that great service is about experience, not just drinks
